    Why are you selling this site?
    I don't have time to manage this site. Once I have big ideas with this domain, but now its just one site with old content. I can give the Wordpress installation also - but its not worth anything I think.
    My idea was set up joke site for Windows and collect there windows jokes, pictures etc.

    How is it monetized?
    Adsense - as I haven't updated content now years - traffic is zero now :)

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No

    How much time does this site take to run?
    0 :) I set up this as fully automated - so that wordpress updates itself.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Domain owner changing can make little bit more time as usual (around two working days), as domain is registered trough one Estonian hosting provider and they don't have automatic verification code system. So they sending it manually by e-mail to me.

    I hate to say it, but I don't see $50.00 here.

    Also, I wouldn't suggest anyone try to out-litigate Microsoft. If they find this website/domain violates their trademark - they'll have it removed.
