Template is pretty standard, but clean and tidy which is always good!

I agree with the above poster the site does load fast, but that's probably because of the lack of images.

I like when sites load fast.. is that a problem, or just stating that its good that it does load fast?

Too many nested borders are used. It can be improved definitely. Overall look is good. You need to find a better place for the login section.

login section is there to help ease the login process, it disappears and other items come in when logged in.

Fast loading design that can be tweaked with some small kb graphics but the major thing to may it fly is to grab your wallet and pay some posters to the tune of about topical 1000 posts, then you will see some results!

    Cheers!

have not found any reliable forum posters.. all posts are like this:

I like poker. What do you play?

    Or...

Me too, i like when i win. Do you?

    That doesnt help me.

You are using a stock theme, with few modifications. Look for a poker related theme or customize this one to be unique and look more as a poker community :)

The read doesn't really fit in. Forums are a tough one! Good luck.

Just a quick comment for your forum, a bunch of gambling webmasters and I started getting together along time ago, and swapping posts to get new forums going, it usually takes a month or two, but it does work, we all play, so we may as well go talk about it in each others forums..

This gives new visitors something to look at and respond to when they join.. as noone is going to want to join and chat with theirself.. anyway, it's a thought .. if ya have any friends in this industry :)

I agree that I like fast-loading sites, but this layout is too compact and text ridden for my tastes. I DEFINITELY think you should sprinkle in some small kb images.
