Bad Users?

I'm sure this has been asked 1,000 times already so please no flames, I just need to know. How do I deal with bad services rendered? I don't want to leave negative feedback in fear of retribution as that has already happened once but I certainly don't want them to claim I didn't pay them? There certainly must be a solution for just really bad services rendered?

If you have paid them by paypal or any other payment mode.. you will have the transaction detail so the question of them raising a finger on you about non-payment wont arise. As for bad-services rendered you are provided with the itrader to make sure you post honest opinion about the service.

Well, I'm not going to point fingers, as it will just end badly as I am trying to develop a positive footing on DPF but we employ a lot of content generators, i.e. bloggers, forum posters, content writers, etc, etc on dpf and while most people are great and do great work, one particular user had the nerve to post things like "Don't know, try google" in virtually every post and had the nerve to expect payment.

Well, to avoid problems, we just paid him and removed the content but then he has the nerve to come back and claim to have posted in another job and we find that wasn't the case either. While some would say, why pay, personally, it's just not worth the hassle to fight over small $$ but it's just a pain.

The funny thing is they have a rating in the 20's with the exception of one bad rating which warns against just this, bad forum poster.

Ohh well, go figure, had to vent, I see others do it all the time :)

Tough ei... Just tell him that his posts were not of good quality. And make it clear to him that you don't want him taking any more jobs from you.
