Bad returning users.

    You can also install a forum into your site. People like to talk to one another about their favorite interests. (Case in point - this place)

    That being said, content is king. Make sure you give people a reason to come back. Provide them with fresh things to see. The internet is too big to come back to the same place if there's better stuff out there.
