I bought a product from this guy through Clickbank. With his manual are 9 Word documents which are passworded. The guy wont send me the password to open the documents. How can I file a complaint against him with Clickbank? I also used Paypal through Clickbank on this perchase. Can I file a complaint with them to? If I cant open the documents, im not getting all I paid for.

Anyway, first of all: check the website and the order confirmation page to make sure the password really isn't there... You can request a full refund at https://www.clickbank.com/csinquiry.html - they usually don't ask any questions and will refund your money right away...
You can request a refund from clickbank but dont think that you'll get a positive respons. You actualy received the package... They dont care what the package contains.Good Luck!
Its very simple to get a refund from clickbank. Just email with your receipt and they will refund you no questions asked.
Don't worry, ask the merchant first: contact him. Tell him about your problem. If he doesn'y answer after a couple of days, ask for a refund, clickbank will give you your money back without any question.
