    It is completely possible, maybe your site don't have a lot of content so it show public ads or your keywords are not very profitable.

    Try to use the sandbox on the webmaster tools to see which ads will appear with the keywords you have on your site.

    i was recieving pretty decent amounts before. Atleast 5-20cents a click.

    Maybe one person clicked 9 times and you had two clicks from other people. Google could have adjusted for click spam?
