    Yes, it can affect your rank. Post unique articles only on the new website and leave the other website alone. Better be on the safe side than sorry.

    If there is a redirection, then there is no reason for Google to check that this is a duplicated content! ;)

    In short, yes! it will affect on your website. Just purchase new articles, invest a little. If it is your money site, you don't want to lose it, man.
