Bad experience with platinumservermanagement also known as PMS

    I want to share my bad experience with platinumservermanagement.com. They are very rude and unprofessional. While waiting for accoutn activation, I only asked their rep why so slow and that I need the servers sooner if possible. The next day they sent me an email and refused to create an account because I asked the sales person a question...

    If it takes 24 hours just to create an account, I can't imagine how long it will take them to solve a real issue. I had several servers so if I have to wait 24 for each server... unacceptable

    Out of curiosity, who are you using now? I suggest checking out Green Olive Tree for server management. :)

    I have some experience with servers and I set it up myself... I just did not have the time but I am happy now and I did not pay those guys ... Good alternative I found is seeksadmin.com

    I use platinumservermanagement and i have been using them for the last 2 years, never had a problem and i have submitted many tickets. How did you talk to the rep? Every real issue i have had was fixed within the timeframe they set and im very happy. The price is a bargin and the support is amazing.

    On Topic,
    Should always google "Company Name Sucks" to find out if its worth to go with them or not.

    Two completely different experiences mean something. This is similar to me personally. I have had experiences good to excellent with many hosting companies which have been claimed as bad or fraudulent in here. The only thing I always do is polite to whoever respond to me in support section, whether it was phoned or emailed / ticketed. I do not mean the OP did something rude or insult them but there must be something that caused the rude and unprofessional issue.
