    Hello,

Our company are offering dedicated servers, vps servers services and accept payments from paypal. But with Paypal we have many problems, almost we lost money if client ask refund.

We had some accident when client ordered servers and used it, used bandwidth, electric power and after 3 month ask refund to Paypal.

    1. Firstly we lost money
    2. Client dont answer
    3. Paypal dont care that we lost money.

Who can say how avoid it and how make security from that situation.

Have a clear refund policy on your website and link to it when responding to disputes/claims.

When responding to disputes, be sure to mention that it was a virtual service. PayPal employees generally close those claims, as they do not offer buyer protection for intangible goods or services.

well, paypal is just a payment gateway; i think managing disputes and payment information is still on your part. with every transaction, there is an option called" issue refund" so you should have used that instead of doing something else. this way, paypal has a record of everything you've done.
