Bad experience with Forum-Skins.com... What should I do

I had a really bad experience with the guy who runs Forum-Skins.com. He delivered to me a broken site with only have the work done. Unfortunately, he already has my money. I found him on Elance and already gave him a bad review.

Any advice on the best way to get my money back? I will sue him if I have to, but am looking for alternatives.

Do a charge back on your paypal account if thats the way you paid. Digitial products are always pretty touch and go however as to whether you will get your money back or not

I clicked on your signature website and read some of the stuff on there. Remember not to embellish, if he gets really mad and sues you, you need to have the defense of truth on your side. If everything is true that you say--I would go everywhere that he advertises (do a search on google) and post replies with your forum-skinssucks.info site and maybe eventually wear him down <- this is not legal advice, but advice to attempt to rectify a wrong.

By the way, Pink and the Brain rocks.

^^ not advisable , at the moment its civil dispute , not a legal matter. If you do what was said above then you could find your self in a law suit for slander, No one knows both sides of this story so its hard to anyone to comment , If of course there are many bad reviews for this company you "may" have a case . If there isnt then it could be a matter of two personalities clashing, Agreed its not the way a company should act however it does happen. Do a charge back on your paypal account and leave it at that, I doubt the amount of money you have lost is anywhere near what legal costs would cost to get your funds back.
