Bad Click Rates, am I doing anything wrong with the ad placements?

Hi There!

I have a website related to wrestling. The site is: http://wrestlerspeaks.com/

The site is around a year old and though, visits are not huge, it is getting some visits. I applied to AdSense and got approved. However, the click rates have been poor. Till now, around 4500 page impressions and only 9 clicks. I provided the site URL in this thread so that you can visit the site and if possible, advise me on the ad placement or anything you believe that I am doing wrong.

There is only one add placed on your homepage, where as google allow 3 add units.

You're not utilizing them properly, add 1 leader board in header, and footer as well.

 

You do not have a "privacy policy". You will get banned for that.

 

Thanks for your advice. But, I heard that Google allows only 3 ad units for a website. I am using 2 in single pages, won't it be more than 3 when I use Google Adsense codes in Header and Footer as well?

 

I never heard of this rule that to display Google Adsense ads, I need a privacy policy. Can you please elaborate a bit?
