Backup

    someone help me my problem is i have my site home complete in computer and now i have new Hosting so how do i from backup in my new hosting server from my Computer.

    option 2

    in new my hosting i uploaded my Sql DB in in public_html now how do i import that DB in Vbulletin forums

    I can help you to upload in your new hosting from old hosting...but not from your computer. For sql dump you have to contact your host company.

    Are you running a server at home? If so, you can export your database to a sql file, then just import into an empty database on your hosts server.

    just upload all files, create database if needed and import sql files using phpmyadmin
