Backup software..

I bought recently a WD Mybook 250GB external HD and now I need a good backup software for it. I bought the essential version which doesn't include one. I have two computers and I want to have a backup job for each one so I can backup them by just plugging in the HD and clicking the backup job shortcut. The closer I get to one-click, the better. It doesn't have to be free but I would prefer an active open-source project. Any suggestions?

    I 100% recommend SecondCopy.
I run a daily backup to a separate internal drive, and a weekly backup to an external USB drive. SC can also run on boot, shut down, or at timed intervals.

It's not open source, it's not free, but it's no frills and it works.

Why not just use ntbackup.exe that comes with Windows?
