Backup software

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good backup software? I need something that does scheduling and incrimental backups. The problem with most software is while they say incremental, they do the entire file so if you have large files, it rewrites the entire file on changes :( Not good for 1GB files backed up every 15 minutes. Use Iron Mountain now but $2k a month is a bit pricey. Anyone have a good backup solution that does true set it and forget it bit level backup and encryption?

snapback2 (uses rsync) to do incremental backups. I used it for a long time, it's pretty nice. It can be a little slow if you have a lot of stuff to rotate, but it can be made to work pretty well.
