Backup problem

    Cpanel can generate a backup and upload it, that is if you have cpanel.

    For other control panel, I dont know.

    With FTP, you can download/upload files only. If you want to backup mail settings, database, you will have other tools. Do you have any control panel? What do you want to backup?
