i want to take back up of about 20-30 machines every 5 minutes is it possible to do ? is there any software which can do this function through the server installation ?
Storage craft can do it every 15 minutes. I'm not affiliated with them, but I've used their product before and it's quite phenomenal. It can interface directly with oracle's virtual box to bring a down computer back online. I'm not sure of your application, but I don't think every 5 minutes would be very suitable. It's unlikely a normal backup would finish in that amount of time, if there is really enough data to necessitate a backup every 5 minutes.
Rackspace's JungleDisk works very well and is quite affordable... If you want a cheaper/more flexible solution, you can use Rsync under Linux and Mac, or a program such as Cobian under Windows.
yes it is possible , the system was linux in my office. exact name i do not know. pl contact with ur. hardware engineer.
In windows (server OS) you could use shadow copy to backup your files. Other OS - you could try vmware snapshots
Cobian Backup is a free program and it has a server component that can configure the client on the 20 computer to backup
