What OS do you use? Windows? Linux?

Storage craft can do it every 15 minutes. I'm not affiliated with them, but I've used their product before and it's quite phenomenal. It can interface directly with oracle's virtual box to bring a down computer back online. I'm not sure of your application, but I don't think every 5 minutes would be very suitable. It's unlikely a normal backup would finish in that amount of time, if there is really enough data to necessitate a backup every 5 minutes.

Rackspace's JungleDisk works very well and is quite affordable... If you want a cheaper/more flexible solution, you can use Rsync under Linux and Mac, or a program such as Cobian under Windows.

In windows (server OS) you could use shadow copy to backup your files. Other OS - you could try vmware snapshots

Cobian Backup is a free program and it has a server component that can configure the client on the 20 computer to backup
