Buying Backup Not Loading

    I have a site which I backed up through cPanel. I am switching hosts and at the new host I restored it with cPanel but its not working. There is something else that likely needs to be done. Can you help? Should be something easy which I am missing. Might require an install of Wordpress too.

    Using Hobohost.com

    Will pay $10
