Backordering... question

So there is a domain I want, it's currently in redemption and will be entering the deletion period in not too long, I was signed up for pool from before, and since I really want this domain, I just signed up for snapnames and namejet (I've covered all the big ones right?)

I noticed all the domain auctions on snapnames and namejet, and wondering, if I place my bid on the domain in either snapnames or namejet, will everyone else on that site be able to see that that domain has been bid on? Cause that's the way it looks, but I'm really not positive. Or are all the domain auction listings they display freely only domains that are registered and deleting through the companies they represent?

    Hope that makes sense

No one knows? I'm trying to figure out if I should wait until delete starts before entering bids

Also cancelled my godaddy backorder, I read that they use it as a starting bid for tdnam, is this true??

If it's in redemption, the owner might still renew it, although unlikely. You don't need to place a proxy bid for Snapnames (I don't want to comment on the other two since I have little to no experience with them). Once auction takes place, you can bid accordingly. If you choose to place a proxy bid, you don't lose anything. Someone might out bid you right away. If Snap does catch it, do make sure you have nothing to do if an auction takes place during the period @ which the auction ends. The auction gets extended if a user places a bid in the last couple minutes. It'll extend to 9 minutes if bidded on in the last 4 minutes... it's a stressful auction.
