See this image, we pay 49$ for backorder service and sure we never have this domain. So.......... Do you know how many time name refund 49$, 5yr or 100yr. now i think name SCAM, with 1000domain/days x 49$ = ????? What do you think about that
you need to read the T&C I am sure they state that you won't get your money back if you don't get the domain
Hi guys, We came across this thread and just wanted to clarify how our backorder service works. Previously you could just backorder domains that were pending delete, but now we allow you to backorder any domain names that are currently registered in case they become available at any point in the future. Should you wish to cancel your backorder, you can do so at any time and you will receive a full refund. You will also get a full refund if you have a domain backordered and you end up not getting it once it becomes available. We hope that helps clear things up. Thanks for the clarification... namecom, though I guess it was very obvious for people to get refunded... in case the backorder remained incomplete. If one had to loose $ 49 for every backorder attempt, nobody would make such an order! The question is... when do you decide to refund.. in case the domain name is booked for a long period? Tks for this infomation. You can show me link how to cancel my backorder ? And when cancel, My Money refund to my card or my account(at name.Com), because i use VISADEbit so in the future my card exprire, i cant refund to my card.
