backorder - i will loose the money?

    hey People!
    well, i saw this at moniker http://www.moniker.com/aftermarket/backorder-domain.jsp
    and i have some questions.
    -if i pay the $60 they will refund if i dont get the domain?
    - can i pay with vccs?
    - if i buy a pagerank domain the pagerank will drop?

    They have said that you pay only if you get the domain. Retaining Pagerank depends on what you put up on the domain
