I have just found really good domain name, that is going to be deleted in few days so i wanted to ask you some questions. Should i backorder it or should i try to grab it myself as soon as its available. By the way how does backorder work? What if there are more people who backordered the domain? The first to get it owns it? And another question at what time of the day they usually release domains from pending delete?

If it's a premium domain, there's not chance. It'll get snatched up and auctioned off.

Where is that domain name currently registered at ? Personally I think the registrar which could catch the drop fastest is the one where the domain name is registered at.

I don't think there is a specific timeframe or even time of the day in which the domain name would be actually deleted, it would be deleted at the registrar's convenience.

The registrar doesnt have the backorder option :) so i backordered it at godaddy :) 17$ is not the investment i cant afford to loose on such a good domain :)

My best piece of advice would have been not to use GoDaddy. They are horrible at acquiring names via backorder. I hope if works for you though, you never know, good luck.

In this case I should n’t backorder it before a pretty long time.
I prefer to back oder just before few days close to deletion time.
And if I need that domain that badly, then I must go for snapnames even though their minimum rate is over 60/100 USD most of the time if price range is not that case for that exact domain.I have good experiences with them and I hope so.

Godaddy is good and best for domains registered there.

    Good luck.
