    I think so. I came across one member who has backlinkwatch.com and digpagerank.com in his Sig. Most likely he is the owner "MeetHere" or similar name old high repped member he is. I am not sure if he is really owner.

    Edit:

    Sorry I searched that member and he doesn't have in the sig..may be someone else owns it. Just ask him once if he owns it.

    Using common sense, it would seem that the member who is asking about it, may want to purchase it or have some other deal with the website.

    Well i have been using since two year and find it helpful but not much becuase of its limitation.

    Also if you want to know about the owner of baclkwatch then instead of asking it here you should go to http://www.zoominfo.com/ this site and find out the whole details about it
