I have just checked googlerankings.com to find that I have no ranking at all on Google, MSN or Yahoo. I also saw that I have 3 backlinks. For sure I have a few more than that across a number of web sites. How accurate is this??
the backlinks result is wrong for me. it's showing results from a few days ago at least on the datacenter that i'm querying. keep in mind that Google doesn't display all of your backlinks. you will get a more accurate result at urltrends.com for the overall incoming links. to get the number of backlinks just enter site:yoursitedomain.com in google/msn/yahoo to see how many they have stored. the ranking results at googlerankings.com are for the keyword that you entered and based on the limit that you set for the number of results to search so you may be outside of those results or you may rank for another keyword. digitalpoint has a good keyword tracker to check your rankings for different keywords in google/msn/yahoo at http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/keywords/
