yup ruben, thats the case. but remember it depends on how many other links there are on the page and that depends how much PR 'leakage' is ocurring.
The other thing to consider is how relevant that blog is to your niche. A more relevant blog/blogpost would help your rankings more. So focus on blogs that actually write about your niche/keywords. You shouldn't just rely on one link building strategy though. For good rankings it is important to get links from many different sources.
