Backlinks Using Forum Posting

Hi guys

Is it good to get backlinks using forum posting as numbers of forums now are no-follow.

Please suggest.

 

Yes it's good, if you use do-follow sites then it helps to get backlinks. If you have no-follow backlink, then it helps to increase your website's traffic.

 

Getting only do-follow links is like calling for a google check. You must mix it naturally for best effect. use about 90% nofollow and 10% no follow. That worked best imo.

 

I think it's best to use forums as a way to interact naturally and helpfully with other users. That way you can build trust and relationship with others. The traffic will then follow.

 

Yes, I think it is one easiest way to get back link as you don't need any approval like in blog commenting and directory submission..it is no follow even though it adds lots of value to your sites overall rating and backlinks

 

Links are links whether they are form No follow or do follow forums or any other things which is loved by Google. So yes they are good.

Having a mix of links that is No follow links and Do follow links is always a better. Having all Do follow links would obviously make search engine suspicious of the fact that the links are being created to manipulate page ranks and domain authority.

Forum posting for me is not for link building purpose. I use it to get and share ideas with others. I don't mind if I get backlinks or attract traffic from forum so long as I get new ideas via forum discussions.
