I'm a newbie over here, I come to know that from these sources I can get backlinks and traffic as well. Can some one tell me how to use them to boost my site's visits:-

Well, all you need to do is to create your own inbound links, and the question is "HOW TO DO THIS?" Well, just follow this step.
1. Submit your article to any article sites that has a page rank and then when it is approved, then get the URL of it and submit it to a social bookmarking sites.
2. If you have video of your business or products, then submit them to youtube or any sites that has a free upload video, after that get the URL of it and submit it again to a social bookmarking sites.
3. Blog Comments is the most powerful methods in boosting up your page rank, just find some blogs that is related to your business or services and put a comment with an anchor text of your keywords.
Note: This is not all, there's many more you can do to boost your rankings and also traffic...

 

I think,blog commenting is the best way of improving backlinks.Because,blog commenting helps to increase inbound links, But you should check weather the blog allows do follow attribute or not. If you comment on no follow attribute blogs , You are not going to get any thing of it. So make a list of do follow blogs, try to write relevant comment on the topic or relate to the post.

 

to get traffic on those sites i suggest to share or post interesting and fresh topics.

Effectiveness comes from better quality content for Google is very strict now. Take advantage too on social sites by making official pages and posting real good advertisements..

 

I don't think twitter, facebook, social bookmarking and social networking, Ezine are providing right traffic on our website. You can get valuable traffic through search engine.

 

For quality backlinks use blog commenting, forum posting, blogging and article submission for gaining traffic use facebook and twitter.

here i only talk about facebook , here you can make a facebook special page and then add a fb "like " button on your site , then you will get more facebook fans , and if you want attract more visitors , had better show some fun or useful infos on your Facebook fans page , good luck to you .
