backlinks question

    if i am top commenter on other blogs then will it count under technorati authority?

    Yes absolutely as long as they have a Top commentator plugin.
    If the authority don't seem to increase a day or two after becoming the top commenter, please use the technorati ping feature (and enter the blog name there where you were the top commenter)

    but technorati admin is saying that authority is only applicable if some body have my url in their blog roll or any comment under post.:confused:

    That is not true... Top commentator plugin creates no 'nofollow' URLs... You should provide proper URLs while commenting such blogs.
