    one is building backlinks

    second i also want to know how many backlinks we can build everyday for a site with quality content

    and a very old website

    There are different ways to do offline seo , like bookmarking , article submission, classified ads, RSS feeding and many more. If you are looking old website with quality content then you have to do resourcing or by reciprocal link exchange then only you can get it, otherwise it hardly get such type of website.
