Not surprising, since google webmaster doesn't update daily. It's probably update the links you built for the past month.
It is just a delay that Google crawler had to crawl those links and considered them. That is why you have seen these links appear in your webmaster tools report only yesterday even tho you had build them a week or a month ago.
