Helloo i have a site which had 9000 yahoo backlinks 2 months ago. I started a link builinding campaign via link buying. i bought many sitewide links in closely relative sites and the backlinks increased to 24000 backlinks (this moment). But the SERPS are falling.. i was 9th, now i am 11th in google! What should i do. SHould i buy more, should i wait?:O
You almost tripled your number of backlinks in two months, if your number of backlinks rises too fast Google may punish you by lowering your serps.
who's to say your competition didn't do an even more rigid link building campaign and pushed you down?
...yes. or Google section of the forum. Moreover, may be it is because of the change that is going on, but you need to continue building link for your site from time to time to afford your competitor being push you down. Good luck.
What about pages that get Dugg and get tons of backlinks in a very short period of time? Seems like your logic is a bit skewed.
i opened it in google section :S so your opinion is to keep link building, or do you believe it is dangerous?:O all links are relative..
More links the better. I just don't see why you would ever be penalized for people linking to you . . . If that was the case, you could just get links pointing to your a ton of (bad) links pointing to your competitors and knock them off the results.
Google can tell when links are paid or natural. They really frown upon sites getting paid links and your serps will fall.
okz! plz tell me if the link i bought dind't give me any serp advantage till now, so maybe i should wait before i see the profits from the links i bought
May be your Competitors had more back links than you and never consider about moving ups and Down in Google Serp results..It may happen for New Domains..If Your Site getting Older more than Two Years, then Your are more stable than now... Also Quality of the Back links also Big Issue in SERP results...
but it keeps falling.. i agree that quality is the question, and i believe that is why i m not banned.. but i wonder. how soon will google "see" my backlinks?? does it happens immediately or should i wait? if it happens immediately, it means that i should buy more and more and more!
