Backlinks in RSS feeds - Worth or no?

    RSS Feeds do provide quality backlinks and they get indexed pretty fast as such. There is a software you can buy a plug -in type.

    Whenever you point your mouse on anchor text and you can see your website link in your status bar is worth whether it is coming from RSS or Directories or Blogs or from other source.
