Backlinks in...Non-Topic Forums vs. On-Topic Forums (What would you do?)

    Just wondering what everybody would do and why?

    Let's say that you have a website about cars and you only had two sites to backlink from:

    Would you backlink from a site that is about cars (same theme as your own site) but has a PR of 0?

    OR

    Would you backlink from a site that is about pets that has a PR of 6?

    Just curious
