    Yesterday I stated Google updating PR for new site using an example of recently dropped domain but someone say it is pulling old PR values . :mad:

    I received a red face because I posted in wrong category. :(

    Here I am going to give you concret proof that PR update is really going on.

    I own a website created also from dropped domain however it was offline for more than 1 year. (so PR should drop to 0). As a matter a fact, just a few DC shows PR 2 (old values) when I registered this domain 2 months ago, most DC shows big 0...

    Anyway, it is true that most DC shows 0 when I grab this domain.

    Interesting, checking http://oy-oy.eu/google/pr/?url=http://technorati.com/&#r (without www) shows that Technorati is indeed PR8 in several datacenters. Checking with out shows 0 across the board.

    http://www.google.com/search?q=site:technorati.com&filter=0
    shows both www and non-www for me.
    Duplicate content could be the cause.

    I've checked it and there aint no PR update people only backlinks, some of the tools are bugging out but that is all, only backlinks have been updated!

    Nothing on my side though I have link exchanged and submited my site to 100s of directories and websites in past few months nothing happening here. I see that in google site map I have 100's of links but when i search in google via link: it shows only 32 links any one know whats going on.
