Just so you're sure, a "no follow" link means that the search engines won't follow the link and won't pass any SEO benefit from the link. "do follow" links pass link juice. If you're looking for do follow links then just find one of the many web directory lists out there. I have a list of free directories in my sig.

It is possible the site is cloaking and generating same links but without nofollow param for Googlebot IPs.

Any body who has their site mentioned on yahoo answers has no follow backlinks. All sites have no follow backlinks. The nofollow bit just means that PR isn't passed, it doesn't mean the backlinks don't exist.
Nofollow backlinks show up in Google webmaster tools.

Google will list your site if you get no follow links but you won't get PR for it, you site won't have the necessary power to be listed where you want with no follow links.

other search engines still give value form nofollow links. Google isn't the only engine out there, after all.

Just look of any site that is linked to from Wikipedia. All external links from there are nofollow.

Kinda strange that you want 'no follow' links (like the others have asked)... why?

If you're just looking for traffic then chose a site that matches your niche and buy a link. This way you'll get traffic and therefore customers - which is more important than PR in the short-term. If you've put some effort into your site and the content is good people will link to you and your PR will grow naturally.

Don't forget the mainstream marketing techniques 'it pays to advertise'.

    Good luck!

    Cheers, p.

I think "noffolow" link is unnatural link, so it helps Google detect your bad link building. Should not use it!

Excluding google, I read somewhere that Yahoo and Ask both follow- "No Follow" and make sites available to their algorithm.
