Backlinks from my site to mysite !!

hi

my Backlinks ( without "repeat the search with the omitted results included." ) is 9 but 7 of them from my site !!

when i click "repeat the search with the omitted results included." it shows 43 Backlinks but almost all of them from my site

will this improve my rank ? will this Backlinks counted as others Backlinks ? or it's worthless ?

Internal links are counted but one way links from other sources are the ones that matter most.
