    Hello everyone,
Suppose if there are 4 domains link to my site:
    1)www.xxx.gov pr=5
    2)www.xxx.edu pr=5
    3)www.xxx.org pr=5
    4)www.xxx.com pr=5
And suppose if everything is the same, only domain difference, which one can give me better PR and ranking?

    Thanks for any input.

I think edu and gov ARE better.. just because you would think they should be better. Remember Google's algo relies on paid researchers to rank what they think are good results, and then the data mining routines go back and search through all possible combinations of factors as to how they could automatically come up with the same or most similar set of results. Thus, edu and gov links are probably weighted higher.

I think that a .edu or .gov domain boost, if it exists, lies in how the page rank is calculated. So in a roundabout way, it may be worth more, but in your scenario above (all identical PR 5 sites, different tld's) the links would be of equal value.

.gov and .edu domains, by their very nature, usually have better linking structure and come from trusted sources (like Harvard or the US Government.) That's why they usually attain higher page ranks and have better value, but the link value to you is derived from the strength of the PR attained, not the tld.
