    Links should be dofollow and blogs should be in computers are.

    blogcatlog is the good one to get backlink. whatisblog.info is another website which has PR3 you can get backlinkg from there

    If your blog is having good PR, you can request for link exchange at http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=53

    If you have money to buy links or blog post, then post your requirements at http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=58

    Other than that, you can always comment on blogs (dofollow) to get back link.

    Or, find from Google top blogs (high PR) in your niche and request to write a guest post.

    You can always get on recent comment or top commentators list to get sidewide link from high PR blogs.
