Backlinks fro the same site

its a mistake of google but it works. thats why huge spam sites can rank high

 

I see it happens to my site also. In short time, bowerylights.com, my site, has many back links. When I checked, I found most of them are from my own site. I didn't know the answer why. Now, wonder is made clear. Thanks for sharing!

 

But why I have it up to 200 BLs, but my rank = 0?

 

We all know that it is useful but can anyone tell me how to make good interlinking, some key points and important facts??????????????

 

What about getting a pile of back links from 1 site which is not yours. For example - would buying a signature link on these forums give me X amount of quality backlinks - or will google view it as 1 backlink?

 

I think every page is treated individually by Google...so it will be X no. of backlinks rather than being 1 backlink from whole site.

 

Every back links counts.. What happens to your site is called internal back links..
