Backlinks for health related website

Hi there!

I need to build backlinks from US health and/or news websites to the site I work for. Any ideas how this could be done?

Find the forums related to health which has above page rank 3..and post your queries minimum 100..they'll provide a back link.
and do directory submission..and do web2.0 that will get you most of quality back links

 

Getting backlinks from authority sites like that can be tough, but not impossible.
In general, here's how I would go about it:
First, look into Link Reclamation. If you've been mentioned on these sites but they haven't linked to you, reach out to them and ask for a link to your page. I did this recently for a client and got a 17.5% success rate (including a link from Inc.com).

Next, read through the sites you want links from and take note of the content they tend to link out to. Then create similar content on your site but make it better (more in-depth, actionable, user friendly, etc).
Then go back to those same pages and pitch your content as a valuable addition to the page. This is similar to Brian Dean's Skyscraper technique, but you might have to use different outreach methods, like reaching out to resource pages and asking to include your link rather than replace another one.
The process basically goes like this:

1. Read through the sites you want links from
2. Create a spreadsheet of the types of content they tend to link out to
3. Create similar content on your site
4. Go back to those sites and pitch your content as a valuable addition to the page
