    Hello

Alexa, Google and other tools are showing back-links of 301 redirected domain.
    Explanation-
    I redirect Abc.com using htaccess 301 redirect to Xyz.com
    then I create some back-links for Abc.com
and when I check using Alexa.com and google and seo-spy-glass for Abc.com, its showing all back-links which I created.

Wherever I know if I use 301 redirect, it means the site is moved permanently, then why its showing back-links for permanently redirected domain.A
    Any help will be appreciated.

Once you redirect it to the new URL you can see automatically the results like showing all the backlinks. You should wait for it until it finalize.

Alexa is waste of time, use Google webmaster tool to check your back-links. as all know Link juice won't be passed instantly. It takes upto 2 months to pass majority of links' value to new documents/pages. Use Google webmaster tool and let the Google know about your new site. Your new domain will be replaced in Search engine soon.

Those links will always point to old domain however the traffic will be directed to the new domain and you can't do something about those back links.

What Henry said. A lot of 301'ers simply say that the links will not show on the new domain but the link juice will flow right into your new domain.
