Backlinks Data Disappear in Google Webmaste Tool

Hi everyone,

Today I checked Google webmaster tool to find out backlinks data of one of my client website. And all the links and inlinks data are not available. The website is 2-3 years old. And other data are available. Only the problem is with links related data.

Is any one is facing similar problem with their data? Any information regarding this issue will be helpful.

No man, its working fine with dozens of our clients websites. . Check out if there are any crawling errors or other issues with the site. If the site really has some issue, it should show up. So be sure check under Diagnostics of Google WMT, to verify any such issues.

Even If everything get's settled, don't forget to share your experiences!

Your assumption was wrong. He was not asking about back-links status which we normally check via Yahoo or Google.

The problem was about his backlinks data in Google's Webmaster Tool. Hope you will see the clarity now.

 

if you are seo pro, you should use tools for this. just a suggestion.

 

Thanks for the feedback. I have also checked google webmaster forum and lots of other website is facing similar problem of not showing backlink data. It seems like google bug only. Hope they will short out it shortly

I have faced the exact same issue today. The data is still not available.

 

I've got that) so i'm thinking identically - google bug. recently, webmaster displayed double copies of 404 pages.

 

It's fixed now. All back to normal. This happens on weekends and holidays sometimes.

 

Interesting, I had no idea about it!
