In regards to the comments posted here I will now post the rules regarding a contest to see who can get the most backlinks to show up in Google. Those of you who think you know how to do it are more than welcome to join. The rules are simple and are as follows: 1. You must use a brand new domain name, purchase date must be after today's date which of course is oct 10, 2006. 2. You are not allowed to use sitewide listings, each link must come from a different website. 3. No 301 redirects allowed, which will be easy to detect seeing that a true link from the website will be checked for. 4. You can not get the same links as others in the contest. In other words do try and watch were others are getting there links from just so you can get the same ones. That is it, not much to it. The winner will be chosen based on the amount of backlinks that show in google only, yahoo and msn not included. If you win I will pay you $300 payable through pay pal. This contest is more for bragging rights, any real seo could win this contest easy, so lets see who is the best at getting google backlinks. Scaredy cats do not reply if you are not going to join the contest, no need for negative feedback. Back up your words with action and win the contest if you can, that is what I plan to do.
