Backlinks Added

Hello All

I checked my site in the morning and I found 5 backlinks added in my site . Is there any updates done in Google today? You can check my site in signature.

If 5 links added,then ultimately Google would have added it,why do you have doubt in it,..Use back link analyzer tools to keep track your back links every day,.some back links leaks too..

 

its part of the indexing process i guess. nothing special going on with google I would assume.

 

Google indexes, and adds backlinks on a much more frequent basis than it used to. You can monitor your backlinks by using Google Alerts (http://www.google.com/alerts). For your search term, just put in "link:www.yourdomain.com", and every time it adds new ones, you'll get a notification.

Also, you'll notice that backlinks show up in GWC (Google Webmaster Central) much faster than they show up in Google SERPS using the 'link' command. This is evidence that once youre backlinks do finally show up using the 'link' command, that the benefit of those backlinks has probably already been attributed.

The more quality backlink you create the more google will count.

 

Yes you are right. It is the game of quality not quantity.

 

When Google crawls the site, it updated its backlinks & index pages. And generally Google crawls a site in 7-8 days

In my own experiences, Google bot would crawl sites online all days and pick up new links from pages and sites. Of course, high PR sites would usually have more frequent visiting and thus would usually have nicer indexing of links on their pages.
