    Well, I have never used their deals because Buying and selling links for manipulating rankings is against the guidelines....

    Moreover you really do not need to spend money on backlinking when you can do this for free.
    Manual backlinkg is best and legit.

    well its still depends on the relevancy of those sites.. but i noticed that most of those link have high PR..

    Angela & Paul's links are profile links. They have zero PR. Most are never indexed by the search engines and are almost (if not totally) irrelevant for link building.

    Save your money.
