In this forum there is a section for buy/sell/swap/trade/exchange links (link reciprocals or link exchange). Go through that forum, you can chosoe to buy backlinks etc You can also want to check out the link I have in my sig for getting more links from social bookmark directory and RSS sites.
In an ideal world you have excellent content, are already born rich and famous anyhow. Then you will get an abundance of backlinks (This is the theory on which the Google algorithm runs). More realistic: You write a bunch of good content (articles, press releases etc.) distribute it to article directories, pay for press release submissions etc. and your backlinks should increase in no time (well, several months is more realistic). Even more realistic: Find a bunch of high PR sites and drop your links on them by writing nice comments that contribute to the content of the site. Or, well outsource. You can buy a lot (and sometimes a lot of trouble or hot air) for very little money. If quality and reliability is an issue, the air gets a little thinner.

Well, you can keep posting in this forum to achieve the minimum post requirement to enable your signature. Just make sure every backlink you got is in different ip's for a better result.

well.. do some research.. find website that qualify as: forum faq video audio you'll need to make comments or post on each site, which linked back to your site or may be your posted url. i recommand you to outsource this job and suggest you targeting, yahoo answers, youtube and this forum...

Forums Posting – links from other quality forums are ok but it's better if you will get links from related forums. 3. Blog Commenting – when I do blog commenting I make sure that the blog is related to my site. 4. Submission to Bookmarking Site – make sure that you don't spam the bookmarking site with lots of submission links from your site. Yahoo Answer Posting – useful for frequently crawling of search engine. 6. Submission to Niche Directory – it's good to get links from niche directory. It adds value to your link relevancy. 7.
