Backlink with www. and without www

    Hi, i know it some basic question, but i not sure about this and i hardly use the search because i got no idea what keywords to search for the this answer at here.

    So, i would be glad if anyone can tell me,
    For example, My site will be www.xxxxx.com
    and i get some backlink
    some of them is KEYWORD (www.xxxxx.com)
    and
    some of them is KEYWORD (xxxxx.com)

    One with www and one without www give same result for my site or the without www. won't give any help to my site as my main url is with www.

    IYou should just 301 redirect the non www. to be sure either way.

    However i do think it makes a difference whether it is linking to the www. or non www.

    That's a interesting question. i have face a problem with (www.) that is with out www. PR is not show. I didn't understand what was the problem. Please any body explain me about this problem.

    what happens to PR if we registrar domain at godaddy and change cname to ghs.google.com

    i heard that PR will go down.
