    It seems to me the pages in URL statistics is only updated when we have pagerank / backlink update.

    The number quoted possibly only represents those pages Google has indexed, not total number of pages in web.

    I just deleted the page, forums.thinkbling.com, and re-added it. The number of "Pages In URL" went from 3 to 87. This number is not getting updated.

    Bug?

    It only updates when there is a back link/PageRank update.

    Does the tool store a history for this as well? If not I vote for it to be updated with each update.

    It does store a history, but it's not going to be updates daily. It's primarily a back link tracker. Pages In URL is secondary.
