As titled, if i have 10 backlinks through articles/social bookmarking, but none of them been indexed by google.
Does these backlinks still consider a useful backlink in SEO perspective?
    Thanks!

How long ago did you get the backlinks, and how are you checking for links?
If you are checking through Google Webmaster Tools it usually takes 2-3 weeks for my links to show up.

It Google bot has not yet found the links, then it's not really helping.

Google doesn't count all backlinks. Those links, regardless of whether they've been indexed are not, are still useful, because they can still generate traffic to your site.

If your back links are not yet indexed, they are probably not on a well trafficked site and so I doubt if you would be able to extract really anything from them...not even visitors! :(

But, if you have just very recently put these back links up, you would do well to give time to get indexed! :)

    Okay, thanks man.
Another question, if I have 10 backlinks all coming from a same domain, does it still works well?

The links won't do you any good for building a backlink, but you might get lucky and get some traffic from the page. That is, if someone happens to stumble upon the article while browsing the article site.

If the source of a link is not indexed at Google then it's not going to count as a backlink from an SEO perspective "at Google". However, that page MAY be indexed by other engines that ARE counting it. And as at least one other poster said, it can still drive traffic which eventually could lead to other back links.
