Backlink script/software

I want to install a add link script/software on my site. Is there something that can send me notifications when someone wants to exchange links with me and automatically add them upon approval?

Thanks for sharing. Seems to be pretty good one. I was using Exchange Links script downloaded from Hot Scripts website, but found to be so many junk page links added to the website. I am assuming that those unrelated links must be hurting my website???
