    Backlink from high PR web directory or backlink from other site with high PR or article directory.

    i consider the PR of the linking page the page where you link is placed that wht's imp. And so many other things like no of outbound links, cache and relevancy

    obviously the link from high PR page will be good if it is relevant to ur site and has less no of outbound links and its regularly cached.

    1) From a webpage which has relevant content to your linking webpage
    2) High PR (PR4+)
    3) Less number of outbound links.
